居家办公效率不高的原因

(1)公私界限不分,导致的闲散情绪;

(2)受干扰的因素比较多,导致不能高度专注;

(3)工作没有计划,导致的随机性和任务驱动。

Several tips for efficient remote workers

1.换下睡衣、随时上班

穿着睡衣办公舒适,但难免会有懒洋洋的感觉。需要一种仪式感把我们拉入到一种新的转态中,最好的办法就是准时起床、吃早餐、穿戴整齐正式进入工作的模式中。

1.Change your pajamas and go to work at any time.

It is comfortable to wear pajamas, however, you will feel inactive inevitably. We need a sense of ritual to pull us into a new turn. The best way is to get up on time, eat breakfast, dress up and officially enter the work mode.

2.划分空间、选好区域

在家休息和工作,这两件事情一定要拆分开来。在卧室工作容易犯懒。如果没有书房,也要在家中找一个特定的办公地点,摆上电脑,还有笔和本子,营造办公室的气氛。

2.Divide space and select areas

You must separate work area from rest area. It is easy to be inactive in working in the bedroom. If there is no study room, you can find a specific area at home, put on your computers,  pens and books to create a working environment.

3.劳逸结合、规律作息

在家办公可以提前和家人说好,尽量不打扰。同时也需要有规律的作息和吃饭时间,不宜24h超长待机。可以定好闹钟提醒自己,合理休息,有助于提高效率。

3.SProperly balance  work and life 

Tell your family  not to disturb you in advance.Also, making regular schedules and setting alarms to remind yourself is a good way to improve efficiency.

4.定期开会、加强沟通

远程办公时沟通显得尤其重要。建议实行开晨会、中汇报、晚总结的工作方法。早上开视频或语音会议,沟通今天要做的事情;上午下午分成两个小工作周期;下午整理汇报工作进度。

4.Have regular meetings and enhance communication

 It is recommended to implement morning work, middle report and late summary. As a result, telecommuting communication is especially important.So,you can open video or voice conference in the morning to assign tasks, schedule work time, and report progress in the afternoon.

5.拆解任务、分工推进

远程工作不能时刻把握职工的工作状况。负责人可以将项目拆解,分配给职工执行。职工及时汇报进度,既提高了效率,又让负责人对整体的项目有了足够的把握。

5.Break down tasks and move forward

Leaders can not always understand the work status from teleworking.So,it is necessary for leaders to assign work to the staff,and for the workers  to report the progress in time, which not only improves the efficiency, but also allows leaders to have enough assurance of the overall project.

6.制定计划、要事优先

把代办事项区分优先级,对提升工作效率有极大的帮助。建议用一张A4纸分成四个区域,分别写上“重要且紧急”、“重要不紧急”、“紧急不重要”、“不紧急也不重要”。

6.Make plans and make priority list

It's of great help to improve the work efficiency to prioritize the work to be done. Also,it is suggested to use a piece of paper and divide it into four areas,which are written as "important and urgent", "important and urgent", "urgent but not important", "not urgent and not important".

7.每日小结、回顾表现

KPTP工作日报法:Keep:今日做了哪些工作,用时多少,结果是什么;Problem:今日工作遇到哪些问题;Try:对于存在的问题,计划如何解决;Plan:明天的计划是什么。

7.Summary and review daily performance

You can use “KPTP” method. K(Keep) means what work has been done today, how long it takes, and what the result is. P(Problem) means what problems have been encountered in today's work and T(Try) means how to solve the existing problems in the plan.P(Plan) means what is the plan for tomorrow.
